This book has great information for alterations, not making up.
This book is for those people who are already skilled and experienced in this field.
It provides good reference information for very experienced home sewers, but geared towards
higher level trained alterations personnel and tailors could normally complete.
The book is only 112 pages long, but gives good information that is easily explained, without going into very technical details.
It is a very good book to have for your reference library.
